How do I get my updated contact list on my device?

I have updated my contacts in the Cloud. Now I want to download them to my phone. What do I click?

I called Verizon. I had to upload the contacts from the phone using Backup Assistant, under Contacts, and then download to the phone, so now on the phone I have all the old contact and all the new contacts.
