How do I give apps permission to use Verizon Cloud?

Trying to backup all music onto Verizon Cloud but it's not getting it all.  I look at the apps that have permission and see nothing.  How do I give an app permission to use Verizon Cloud?

What type of phone do you have Android or iOS? Where are the music files located in your phone (which folder)? Are you having trouble backing anything else up (photos, videos, etc)?
