How do I make myself the primary account owner?

I need my phone number associated with the primary owner, so that I can upload my contacts/photos to the cloud.

Each phone line has it's own cloud storage and access - if you haven't registered your phone number with a username and password, then go to verizonwireless.com and register your line.  Then you can set up your cloud access.
