Let's make sure you can manage your contacts with ease, Pacesq! While using the Verizon Cloud phone app in Contacts section press Menu(3 dots)>Select Contacts>Choose your conatcts and press Favorites star icon at top right. You can also press and hold on a name and then select Star for one at a time.
