How do I move pictures and video in my cloud to a file on my computer?

On the computer you want to save the files on, navigate to the Verizon Wireless website, use the menu bar at the top to navigate to:

My Verizon > My Plan & Services > My Cloud Media & Contacts

Then select the Pictures (or Videos) section, and on the top-right you'll have several icons.

One is a checkbox icon you can click to select multiple photos (or a "Select All" option that will be on the top-left). Once you've selected everything you want to download, select the download icon on the top-right, which looks like an arrow pointing down.
