You should have the Verizon Cloud installed on both of your devices. If that is the case then you can transfer your information easily. Here is how. http://vz.to/2ay290u

Which phone models are involved in the transfer? You can connect the old phone to a computer and copy the images to the computer and reverse the process to the new phone.
