Hello!
Once call history is deleted from the phone, it is also deleted from the cloud so you cannot restore it.
Think of call history, text messages and contacts as a mirror copy, reflecting what is on the phone that backed it up. If you delete it on the phone, it is deleted from the cloud and vice versa.
Everything else is like a photocopy. It stays in the cloud until you delete it from the cloud.

If you mean restoring in the Cloud after you deleted them from the Cloud, you might look in the Trash folder. Log into My Verizon->My Plans & Services->My Cloud Media & Contacts-> Settings->Trash.
