How do I retrieve text messages from my cloud for all my lines

You don't, unless each line has saved a backup of their messages to the cloud and has given you access to their cloud.  Each line has its own cloud account and login; and whether each line chooses to and is using an app capable of backing up to the cloud is another factor.

As an account owner, you CAN see the phone numbers each line sent and received text messages - but not the content.
