I want to select all the photos on the cloud so that I can delete them to free up space. How is that accomplished?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
When you are in the photo area of your cloud on the PC, select one photo. An option to Select All should then show up above the photos.
eagendvm We want you to get the best use out of your phone. Definitely freeing up space will help out. Please follow these steps so you can delete them form your computer.
1. Login in to My Verizon
2. Select My Plans and Services and click on Products and Apps
3. Click on Manage your Products
4. Look for Verizon Cloud and there is a button that says Access My Cloud
There you can see everything on the cloud, download, upload, or delete items. There is a way to multiselect so you can delete multiple items at once.
