Uninstalling Verizon Cloud
I have tried a number of times to uninstall Verizon Cloud. (I don't want it.) I keep getting the message that it can not be uninstalled (using add or remove programs) because "We have determined that Verizon Cloud is already running. Close it before uninstalling." Or words to that effect. How do I close it so I can uninstall it? I have hunted and can not find how to close it. Thank you.
