You'd need to set up (if you haven't already) and then log into that line's My Verizon account since each line needs its own My Verizon log-in credentials for line-specific things like Cloud.

It's important you are able to get your content over to your other phone, Dksdebbie. In order to use Verizon Cloud on another phone,you would need to activate that device on your line. As an additional option, you can use our content transfer app to transfer your content over. http://spr.ly/6582BCwBI
