How do I view contacts in the cloud?

I used the Backup assistant on my flip phone to backup my contacts onto the cloud. When I log into the cloud, in the home tab it shows:

"44 Contacts backup: September 10th, 10:16 PM Eastern"

However when I go into the contacts tab it shows up as being empty. Is there something wrong or am I doing something wrong?

Keeping your contacts backed up is essential. I would be lost if any of my contacts went missing. Have you been able to view your contacts online previously? Do you see any contacts in your trash folder? Here is a link about managing your contacts online with the Verizon Cloud website:
