Do you mean from Verizon Cloud? If trying to restore to your phone, you can open the Cloud app, press the menu button on the top-left, then select Tools > Restore, then select which content you want restored. If trying to retrieve on a computer, then from the menu bar at the top of the Verizon Wireless website, navigate to My Verizon > My Plan & Services > My Cloud Media & Contacts, then select the type of content to retrieve, click the check mark icon on the top-right, select the items you want to re-download, then press the download button on the top-left (appears as a down arrow).
Saving your content and being able to access the content is important, CARSUM72. We definitely want to make sure you can retrieve all backed up data.
