How do you move photos from Verizon Cloud on the desktop (Verizon website) to the app on an iPhone where these photos don't show up?

My photos suddenly got deleted from the app on my iPhone but when logging on to Verizon Cloud on the Verizon website, these photos appear. How can I move/copy these photos back to the app from the website?
