How long do items remain in the cloud after deleting from phone? Or is it better to delete from phone then cloud, or cloud then phone. I want them removed from both locations.
That is a good question, will19380 and I’m happy to help you today. We want to be sure you are able to remove any item from both your device and the Cloud.
Our recommendation is to remove any information from your device first and then delete the backed up files from the Cloud.
