How to delete all files in my Verizon Cloud with One Command

Hello,

My Verizon Cloud is full: 18,420 files.  

Two questions:

1.  Is there a way to delete them all at once with "Select All" then "Delete?"  

All that seems to be available is to select each file one at a time then delete.

2.  How do I stop files from being transferred from my phone to my Verizon Cloud?

We know how important it is to be able to manage your data in Verizon Cloud. You can follow the steps at the link below to remove all data from your cloud. May I ask, are you wanting to stop using Verizon Cloud as your primary backup method?
