- I agree about this being one of the worst storage apps. With that being said, my Samsung S24 Ultra won't even show Verizon Cloud as a storage option, I have to force it to go there. In order to direct it, I have to force shut down Google Drive and Samsung Mobile Storage. Then I have to go to all the stuff I want backed up and click it individually. Some pages/tabs/catagories in the cloud you are able to select all option, most don't. It should be on all. Same with trash/delete, that should be accessible on every page/tab/catagory you can access on the cloud app. It doesn't even recognize my gallery/notebook/ or my files. I pay extra for unlimited...I didn't know that my time would be wasted this badly just uploading stuff to the Cloud. I know my time is valuable. It would be nice if Verizon would recognize that as well. I pay for lines to my watch/ phone/ & tablet (because they made me), when I got the devices through Verizon. So if I'm coming out of pocket for all these services.... you would think you all would have this locked down by now. Sorry for the rant, but if your going to sell services and devices, it sure would be cool if they recognize each other. And it would be even cooler if it was actually easy for the consumer to use.

JMan51 - Yep, sorry -> Samsung Cloud and Verizon Cloud are an either/or setup for now because reasons. As for your Gallery comment that app aggregates content from all over your device and is not an actual folder saving content. The Verizon Cloud on android devices will only autosave media from:
Photos/Videos: Camera (DCIM), Pictures, Movies. SD card root.
Music: Music folder (provided that the original service did not encrypt their content)
Documents: any place on the Internal storage
if your Gallery App is showing you content in downloads, customer folders, and the SD card folders then they need to be manually selected and use the 'Share' option to send to the VZ Cloud.
We do have the trash icon in tabs that allow deletion. Flashbacks, Stories, Albums are tabs that Sort your data but the 'All' tab is where it's saved. You can also see and delete from 'All Files'.
'Select All' - when some users have 1[phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]GB of data and we're looking at a few million users - risk affecting performance for other users as the servers are taxed. We have multi select in the mobile app, and segmented mass download in the Desktop App (downloadable version).
