Go to the Cloud app on your device. Tap the three red bars on the top left of the screen, and scroll down to Settings.
Tap What to Back up, uncheck anything you DON'T want backed up to Verizon cloud. Tap OK. You can also specify How and When, or uninstall the app altogether.
