How to transfer certain contacts & photo from my V Cloud to my father's new Kyocera flip phone?

Bought a Kyocera flip phone for 94 y.o. dad. Need to populate his contacts and photos from my Cloud without transferring all my contacts and photos. Any advice on the fastest, easiest way to do this?

I can use iCloud on my computer or Verizon Cloud on my computer (older MacPro).
