I downloaded the cloud app to my phone to backup my contacts and photos/videos a few days ago, I did this because Verizon said I have to or I'll lose everything on june 29, everytime I click on the app now it tells me it's backing up my stuff and has 300 minutes remaining, I leave it open all night and it still says the same thing everytime I click on it...when will it finish?! I only have a couple hundred pics!

I never would back up anything because I always just uploaded them to my computer. But I got a text message saying stuff would be erased if I didn't back stuff up, so I clicked on the given link and followed the instructions.
