I am getting a black box that says "Authenticating" and I cannot progress any further. I have gotten past the point where it asks if I want to backup Contacts, Photos, etc., and have entered my email address. After this point(which took me three hours to get to), I have nothing. I REALLY need to get to my Pictures.
