I am unable to restore my contents

Just got a new phone. Trying to restore all my contents.  Which there is.  However it won't let me.  It keeps advising content restore fail. Why is it doing that?

Congrats on the new phone 808girl. I know that getting the content over to the new phone is important for you and we want to make that happen. Let’s look into the account to see what’s going on. What’s the make/model of the phone? Are you on WiFi processing this option of restore or using your Verizon Data?
