I cannot access my Verizon Cloud. I have updated the app, tried accessing it over wi-fi and over my mobile data but nothing works. I have done everything but reset my phone which I don't want to do because my phone hasn't been synced to my cloud in almost a month. Any suggestions?
The only error message I receive just says "Something went wrong Sorry, we can't connect to the Cloud service at this time". No other messages are received. And like I said before the app is up to date and I tried connecting over different wi-fi connections and over my mobile data and nothing helped
It's really getting ridiculous EVERY minute the "Something went wrong Sorry, we cannot connect to the Cloud service at this time" message pops up. It interrupts every app on my phone.
Next step would be to make sure you have an up-to-date version of Verizon Cloud
Open this link and make sure it show installed and not Update, click Update if necessary.
If this doesn't work then either clear the data from Verizon cloud under Settings->Manage Applications -> Verizon Cloud or uninstall and re-install the application.

One more thing you can try (posted by GalaxyClass on another post).
Go into your online My Verizon account and go to features, next check off add Verizon Cloud free 5 GB (or 25gb whichever you have selected). Go to OK and check. Then next and check. Wait 5 minutes. Go into your device with mobile data on and find Cloud , tap and set up.
