***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I cannot finish setting up the Verizon Cloud app!

I have downloaded, deleted, re-downloaded the Verizon Cloud app numerous times on my iphone6. I cannot get it to finish setting up. When it asks me to enter my email address, I keep getting this error: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

What is causing this? I have recently changed my plan and have a pending order for an iphone7. Would this have anything to do with it?

steve4ku, it's important that we always finish things that we start on our network. Are you connected to Wi-Fi or our data newtork when syncing your device to Verizon Cloud?

Have you backed up your iPhone device at iCloud, as well?
