I have downloaded, deleted, re-downloaded the Verizon Cloud app numerous times on my iphone6. I cannot get it to finish setting up. When it asks me to enter my email address, I keep getting this error: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
What is causing this? I have recently changed my plan and have a pending order for an iphone7. Would this have anything to do with it?
