I changed phones from an S4 to an S5 and didn't sync my contacts.

My old contacts list is showing in My Verizon online account. I tried using the sync now while in the account, but nothing updated on my phone. Is there a way i can still get my old contact on my new phone?

I would settle for downloading my online contacts to google if need be.
