I exported my phone's contacts successfully. When I click on her devise and try to back up/export contacts on my wife's phone, it only shows me the same contacts that's listed under my account. My number is the main account. Does my exported contacts contain all contacts on all devices in my account? Help!

If you're backing up the contacts to Verizon Cloud, you'll need to sign into each line's My Verizon account to view the backed up contacts for that line. Each line needs its own My Verizon log-in credentials for line-specific things like Cloud.
