I got a new phone but now I can't find my cloud content

I got a new phone because my previous phone died. I had content backed up in Verizon Cloud but now when I log in with my phone number it's asking me to sign up. Where's my backed up content?

Hello westside100,

We definitely want you to be able to restore your backed up information to your device. What was your previous phone model? What is the new phone model? When you log into your online account, do you see your backed up content?
