I have an Samsung Galaxy s7 edge phone and am unable to upload anything to the cloud.

Will not upload just keeps saying it is backing up. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. What can I do.

There are several threads on the forum reporting an outage with Cloud; no updates yet regarding when it might be accessible.
