I can't connect because it thinks I'm in offline mode but when I check I'm connected to wi-fi and I've got data turned on. It worked fine before. Whats going on?
This is not the experience we want you to have with your Verizon Cloud. I rely on mine to function properly too. Let's get this fixed for you. Are you having any issues with connecting to the internet on your Droid Turbo Pro? Is the Verizon Cloud app updated?
