If you don't want to download them as a zip file to your browser's download folder, you can use the PC or Mac Cloud app to download (restore) individual files instead of a zip file.  similar to tikibar1​'s suggestion, here's the window app instructions: Restore Media Files - Verizon Cloud - Windows | Verizon Wireless
