I need to restore my call logs and messages from Verizon Cloud on my S3
We will be happy to help you get those logs and messages back onto your S3. Before we review any steps I was wondering exactly what app you used to back up this information? Verizon Cloud does not store call logs or messages; however, Verizon Messenger does back up messages. Did you have Verizon Messenger on your phone? Call logs are not backed up in an app, but can be found in My Verizon http://vz.to/P5EA3R at any time.
