I uploaded contacts from old phone to Cloud. Cloud is accessible on new phone and shows upload, but can't access contacts

I backed up contacts from old phone (Motorola flip phone) to Cloud.  Cloud is accessible on new phone and shows upload of 88 contacts, but not able to find out how to download them to new Blackberry phone.

This question seems to be a recurring problem, which does not have an answer...
