I want to leave Verizon for another carrier. How do I shift my Cloud content to Dropbox or my own backup drive?

When I leave Verizon, do I lose all my Cloud content? If so, how do I save it to somewhere else before leaving?

For photos in the Verizon cloud, once you select one, you will have the option to select all or multiple (hold the shift key and use the down arrow to select a row at a time).  When you download, it will create a ZIP file of all the photos selected, and once they are downloaded you can delete.  Or not, as once your account is closed, the cloud is automatically deleted.

I would recommend only downloading 200-300 photos at a time, more than that seems to be more glitchy.  Still tedious if you have thousands of photos, but better than one at a time.

just do it. save contacts as csv or or otherwise. save photos and docs. then dl to pc then upload to dropbox. USE IT OR LOSE IT. unload all locally onto pc, or drive usb or hard drive. may take all of half hr or less.

This really isn't a complete answer. How do I download massive amounts at a time? It appears I can only do one picture at a time.

Lenny, it really isn't all the same. Your answer was incomplete and assuming where SuzyQ was articulate and gave a thorough explanation. The internet and self publication breeds mediocrity, and your answer is proof. You "welcoming" me assumes I am thankful for you gracing these pages with your alleged wisdom, I am not. I read some of your posts, you seem to complain a lot. Nobody really cares...
