Icloud issue

My Icloud will not open up on my phone.

I am getting an error everytime....

Code 7500

Numerous threads on the forum regarding this error code when accessing Verizon Cloud.  It appears to be a server issue, i.e.,

So have I lost everything on ICloud because nothing is showing up and i can't get anything back on my phone and it has been rebooted.

Please help.....
