If it expired in less then 30 days, contact support to have them put the cloud service back on your phone line and take the content out of archive status. If it's been longer than 30 days, the content will have been permanently deleted.

I'm sorry to learn that you did not back up your photos before the free cloud trial expired. I'll be happy to help with this and provide other options. If you did not backup your photos before the cloud expired, there will be no log of your photos being backed up. Do you recall if you used another method to back up your phone's content?
