In the website, I see my backed up files under My Cloud. However, only thumbnails are displayed. How can I get the file names only to display?
When you're looking at your photos, you should have a row of several small icons on the top-right. One of those should be an icon of a few horizontal lines in a stack. Clicking that should change to list view, where the file names will be displayed.

Elements, I understand the convenience of only having file names when accessing the "My Cloud" page. I reviewed the specific page and "My Cloud" doesn't offer the file name only feature. It is only available in the other tabs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
