Installation failure

I have downloaded and installed the desktop ap.  When I click on the desktop icon, I get the configuration file.  If I look at the folder and click on the Verizon Cloud application icon, I get the same thing.  I have uninstalled, redownloaded and reinstalled a couple of times with the same result.  Any ideas about how I can get the ap to work properly.

ALBPAL59, that is very strange to keep happening to you each time you complete the installation. Lets see what we can do to help. Have you tried restarting your computer, and clearing your browser, history, cookies and cache? Try downloading the app from here >>
