Is There a Way to Download From Cloud to External Hard Drive?

Is there a way to download content from the Verizon Cloud to an external hard drive or do you have to download it to a PC and then copy that content to an external hard drive?  I have 128GB worth of material on the Cloud and I want to get all of it onto an external hard drive.  Trying to download from the Cloud to the PC and then copying that to an external hard drive is taking absolutely forever and it is incredibly frustrating.  Is there an easier, faster way to do this?  Thanks!

Set the download location (temporarily) to your external drive, rather than your downloads folder.  It will still take awhile to download 128 GB of stuff (I'd advise doing it in smaller batches of a couple of GB's) but you will eliminate the transfer step.
