Is anyone having any problems accessing My Cloud?

When I try to get into it on my PC, I get the "OOPS!  Something Went Wrong Hit Reload or Try again.  When I try to access it on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) I get a message that it's unavailable.

Having access to your cloud content is crucial, JAMSTR95. How awful that you continue to get those messages when you try to get into the cloud. We're here to help out in every possible way. When is the last time you were able to access cloud, and was that from the PC or your S5? Are you able to access other sites on the internet?
