I received an email stating I can get one terabyte for $5.00 a month. Is that fee for a limited amount of time? Does the price go up at some point?

It didn't say anything about the cloud in your original post, hence the confusion or clarification needed as to what you were referring to....
It is normally $9.99, so while it is a limited time offer to get in at the $4.99 per month pricing, it will remain at $4.99 until removed off the line. It will not increase at some point and start charging you the higher $9.99 rate while already active on your line.
Is this for Wireless or Landline services?
