If my LG G4 has died, how can I enable my Cloud to backup my photos and contacts?

I apologize for this inconvenience and I know how important it is to have all your memories backed up. I’m saddened to hear this happened to your device and I can certainly look into the options to get your photos & contacts backed up. The device will need to be powered on to be able to adjust software settings, have you tried connecting your device to a computer using the USB cable? Have you logged in to the Verizon Cloud to see if any data has been backed up? http://vz.to/2c5YOuT
