I'm signed into my account. I click on my device but the cloud always shows just the primary line. How do I get to the cloud for my line? I clicked on my device. then on my cloud but it always defaults back to the primary line. My cloud is full, I'm trying to delete stuff I don't need.Verizon Cloud

@gleful96 - Log into the website using your phone number and MyVerizon password instead of the username. @tikibar1 is right. You can't log in with one set of credentials and 'hop' over to another cloud account without logging in with that cloud account's credentials.
