When I use the verizon backup assistant app, it always deletes my contacts and my phone and the cloud. The only way to get them back is to restore them from my trash can in the cloud. Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve or have any work around for this issue?
Export your contacts and use Google contacts.
I can tell you’ve been working on this, shecky28. We want to make sure this does not happen again. Just to review a specific settings, when in the Verizon Cloud app, tap Menu > Settings > What to back up. Are contacts selected there?
How long has this been going on? Are any other apps used to back up your contacts?
