All my cloud content is gone and had to purchase a new cloud plan. How do i get all my old content back?
LoriMessmer Sorry to learn you are having issues with your Cloud content. Are you referring to the Verizon cloud or the iCloud? Did you receive a notice telling you that you needed to change your plan?
