lost phonr, verizon access to photo and docs, how?

Unfortunately Verizon Cloud Support cannot assist you with hacking issue or a lost or stolen phone you need to call Customer Care at 800.922.0204 to speak with a Representative. Additionally you can also contact: Wireless Security team: networksecurityincidentresponseteam@verizonwireless.com

Once that is taken care of and a new device has been issued and the new sim card is linked to your VZ Cloud account, you will be able to access your VZ Cloud content. If for some reason you cannot access your VZ Cloud you have a few options:

You can email the Verizon Cloud support team, You can also go to a Verizon store and they can open an AYS for us to look into your account.
