My phone was shut off and then reconnected the very next day. Everything on my cloud is gone. I had thousands of pictures and videos. I always made sure before deleting on my phone, that it was backed up to cloud. Even getting a new phone, the cloud would still be there. It makes no sense that it can't be found anywhere! I've called Verizon for help. They can't find anything. I've had the cloud for years. How could it all go away in one day?
I do regret that hapened, and that none here responded prior to me. It seems that when your service was disconnected the Cloud Feature was closed out, but not reinstated on reactivation. We can check for an archive of any data if you would tap on the "Send Feedback" option in the Cloud navigation menu, and fill in the requested information. Please mention your Forum user name and this thread so we can easily cross refernce. Since it involves personal information to resolve, an open forum is not well suited.
