I forgot my password so they said I have to factory reset losing all data on my Note5. Last backup Feb 16, 2016. I only had 5g. Now I bought 25 so asking is there a way to go through myverizon cloud account online and backup files before I factory reset. It is my business phone. Done everything to try and open, Device Manager, all the YouTube ideas...nothing. PLEASE ANY IDEAS...
We want to make sure that you keep the information on your device close. Unfortunately, unless the option for automatic back-up was selected, there would be not other way to access the device to process a back-up. You can try connecting the device to a computer by USB and see if you can access and store the files that way on your computer.
