Just for clarification, are you receiving any error messages when restoring the device? Does the Cloud application have the newest update applied?

Thank you for your reply. The application is currently up to date. There are no error messages either during back ups or restores. I can delete the messages from Messages+ and do a backup, then do a restore to my device. This will load saved messages from the Cloud to my device, and I can view them. But I cannot login to the Cloud and view my saved messages there. The only options I get are, Contacts,
Photos, Documents and Videos. No option for messages.
