I currently own a iPhone SE and prior to getting the SE i had the 5s which used the verizon cloud app to backup most of my photos and videos. i noticed as i was trying download the backed up videos to my new phone that the only files that successfully downloaded were the mp4 files from my previous galaxy. alot of my videos from my iPhone got a failed download attempt whenever i tried download them to my phone. Is there any way to fix this so i can have my backed up videos on my new phone ?
