My Cloud not working

Why can't I retrieve any of my photos from the cloud? It was working, but about a week ago, it stopped. I just encounter errors every time I log in and attempt to retrieve my data.

We understand the importance of backing up your phone. These are important memories we want you to be able to access. Can you tell me what kind of error messages you are receiving? Are you accessing the Cloud from your device or computer?
